Rubber (EPDM)
Rubber (EPDM) Roofing
Skyline Roofing has installed rubber roof systems since 2010. Rubber or EPDM is a synthetic rubber roofing membrane that’s extremely durable and can be used for residential and commercial structures with low-sloped roof systems. Rubber roofing is considered to be the ultimate weather protector on low-sloped roofs. It provides protection from wind, rain, hail, sunlight, and extreme temperatures.
Most homeowners can expect to enjoy this roof for at least 25-30 years if it’s well-designed and properly installed. If you have a flat or low-sloped roof on your home or commercial building this type of roof system is a great option.
